We, naieel technology, recently secured CVC from the Japanese company Denka, one of the most important ceramics manufacturing companies in the world, through US silicon based Pegasus Tech Ventures, to develop and collaborate on the industrial BNNT application technologies. In response to the rapidly growing demand for high thermal conductivity materials in AI servers and semiconductor power modules. Through this investment, we, naieel technology, aims to collaborate with Denka in joint development efforts that combine BNNT with conventional thermal filler technologies, thereby contributing to the realization of next-generation thermal management materials that meet increasingly advanced thermal requirements.
