We, naieel technology, recently published a paper related to the BNNT associated Liquid Metal based TIM(Thermal Interface materials) for CPU and GPU used for AI operations. We are able to increase the spreadability, dispensing property by increasing the viscosity to optimum level in addition to higher thermal conductivity than to neat liquid metals.
